‘International Dance Day’ in view, an Inter-house Group Dance Competition(30-April-2023)
Dance is the hidden language of the soul, it is the way to express your emotions and feelings without having to speak anything.
A dance competition is not just about the trophies, it is a highly rewarding and worthwhile activity for students of all ages. Keeping ‘International Dance Day’ in view, an Inter-house Group Dance Competition(Devotional and Folk dance based) was organized, in the school auditorium for students of class 9 to 12 on the theme of ‘ Unity in Diversity ’. The competition was judged by Co-ordinator on 5 parameters such as : Expression, Choreography, Execution, Coordination and Costumes. True to the theme, the vivacious dancers set the floor on fire with their energetic performances, and this was a reflection of their passion and hard work. The choreography, rhythm, synchronization, and presentation of all the students were amazing. The thunderous applause of the audience was proof of that.
The results were as follows : Nehru House was declared as the winner followed by Subhash House in the 2nd position, Gandhi House in the 3rd position, and Tilak House in the 4th position.
