Description: Yoga for peace and harmony International Yoga Day (21 June2019) was celebrated in Jaycees Public School auditorium today with great zeal and enthusiasm. NCC cadets of JPS and DPSR alongwith other students, teaching ,non teaching staff and staff from NCC 78 UK Bn participated in it. Undoubtedly,yoga is a way of life. The session began with breathing exercises and slowly moved to useful yogic mudras. Vice principal Sh. Sudhanshu Pant spoke about the importance of yoga.
